DEVELOPMENT

DEVELOPMENT THROUGH MOVEMENT AND CONNECTION

Early movement is the foundation of your baby’s neurological and musculoskeletal development. As an infant physical therapist, I use evidence-based techniques to support motor milestones such as head control, rolling, sitting, crawling, and walking—each of which plays a key role in building postural stability, sensory integration, and coordination.

My approach is rooted in current research on neurodevelopment and motor learning. Through guided, play-based interventions, I help infants strengthen the neural connections that support balance, mobility, and body awareness. I also educate parents on positioning, handling, and daily routines that encourage proper motor patterns and prevent compensations.

Together, we work to create an environment where your baby can move, explore, and develop with confidence—laying the groundwork for lifelong movement and learning.
